The North Wind and The Sun - Story Brochure

The story of the North Wind and the Sun is about how they argued who was stronger than the other. One day, a traveler walks by with a cloak wrapped around them, so they decided to hold a contest to see who can remove the cloak off the traveler. First, the North Wind tried, and it blew furiously around the traveler. But the harder the wind blew, the more tightly the traveler wrapped the cloak around them. Afterwards, it was the Sun’s turn and at first it shone gently on the traveler. Then, the Sun progressively gets more and more intense, until the heat made the traveler take off their cloak and leave it behind as they continued their journey. The moral of this story is that “Persuasion is better than force.”

This project illustrates this story in the form of a brochure with typography and shapes.
